The developer of VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique condominium in Riviera Beach, put one of the two penthouses under contract.
The unidentified buyer would close on the purchase of the penthouse, listed for sale for $7.8 million, in January, when construction of the condominium is expected to be completed.
The unit, known as Penthouse F, will be on the top floor of the 19-story VistaBlue development. It will have four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a half bathroom.
The penthouse will span 7,642 square feet and will have three terraces, porcelain floors, a wine vault, den and private garage. Kitchen features will include quartz counter tops, custom-made cabinets and a built-in machine for making coffee or espresso.
Randall Tuller, executive manager of Third Palm Capital, the condominium’s developer, said 29 of the 58 units at VistaBlue have been reserved.
Construction of VistaBlue at 3730 North Ocean Drive began in August 2015. It will be the first condo built on Riviera Beach’s Singer Island since the Ritz Carlton Residences almost 10 years ago. [Sun-Sentinel] – Mike Seemuth
