VistaBlue Singer Island penthouse under contract for nearly $8M

VistaBlue Singer Island, a boutique oceanfront condominium located in Riviera Beach, has placed one of its two penthouses under contract for sale to an undisclosed buyer.

The unit was listed at $7.869 million and the sale will be finalized upon completion of the tower in January.

The four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath abode, known as Penthouse F, is on the top floor of the 19-floor building.

The residence totals 7,642 square feet and features three terraces, imported Italian porcelain flooring, a den, wine vault and a private garage. The kitchen is furnished with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a retractable cooktop hood and a built-in coffee/espresso machine.

“The buyer currently owns on Singer Island but wanted to upgrade,” said Randall Tuller, executive manager of Third Palm Capital, the building’s developer. “The buyer particularly loved the 12-foot ceilings and the level of finishes within the residences, the overall design and construction quality and the location.”

VistaBlue, located at 3730 N. Ocean Drive, broke ground in August 2015. It currently has 50 percent of the building’s 58 residences reserved, according to Tuller.

VistaBlue is the first luxury condo to be built on the island since the Ritz Carlton Residences nearly a decade ago.

In addition to Penthouse F, there is also a slightly smaller penthouse (7,396 square feet) which is currently available and listed at $7.646 million. There are three-bedroom and four-bedroom residences as well.

“VistaBlue’s lobby and amenity levels are equally luxurious,” said Tuller. He notes that the lobby has a back-lit, floor-to-ceiling wall of onyx, custom lighting from Italy, custom millwork installed piece by piece and silk fabrics from Italy.

Resort-like amenities include a sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, private beach, pool, cabanas, fire pits and the Resident’s Club that includes a fitness center, lounge area, social room and bar, clubroom and a card room.

Robert Kemp and Heather Mahoney Davis, of Douglas Elliman, handled the transaction for the penthouse.
